About Susana​

Trained in Osteopathy and Amatsu therapy, Susana focuses on the body’s natural ability to heal.

She graduated with distinction from the Amatsu Therapy School in Ireland where she practiced until October 2012. Coming to Canada, she pursued training in Osteopathy and

she is currently a member of the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals.

​

Always eager to upgrade her skills, she has continued her education in visceral Amatsu (organs manipulation), osteopathic approach in obstetrics and pediatrics and has had the opportunity to learn more about Fascial Release with Tom Myers.

As a Wellness coach, Susana is dedicated to empowering women during their menopause (peri to post) years to reclaim their vitality, optimize their health, and achieve inner harmony. She supports them through this transition by helping them understand their body’s changes, adjust their life style, and connect with their inner wisdom to flourish, nourishing their body, mind and spirit.
