At AmatsuWay Wellness, we take a gentle, whole-body approach to pain, tension and restricted movement.
Using Osteopathic Manual Practice, Amatsu Therapy and other hands-on modalities, treatment is tailored to you — helping reduce tension and restriction, improve movement, and support your body to function at its best.
Meet Susana
Trained in Osteopathic Manual Practice and Amatsu Therapy, Susana takes a gentle, whole-body approach to treatment, supporting the body’s natural ability to adapt, recover and function well.

She graduated with distinction from the Amatsu Therapy School in Ireland, where she practised until moving to Canada in 2012. She then continued her training in Osteopathy and is currently a member of the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals (OFOP).

Susana continues to expand her skills through ongoing professional education, including visceral Amatsu, osteopathic approaches to obstetrics and pediatrics, fascial release and cranial techniques. She also incorporates Indian Head Massage into her practice.

Her interest in health extends beyond physical treatment. As a Wellness Coach, Susana works with women experiencing stress, overwhelm, burnout or a sense of disconnection.

Combining nervous system regulation, attention practices and practical lifestyle support, she helps women better understand their inner state, respond to stress with greater awareness, and move from feeling reactive and scattered to feeling more grounded, clear and intentional.

For Susana, physical and emotional well-being are closely connected — and both begin with learning to listen to what the body is telling us.
